Talk Presentation Information

In-person oral presentations

• Each oral presentation has an 18-minute slot: 14 minutes for the talk + 4 minutes for Q&A.
• Please plan to finish slightly early to allow for chair announcements and speaker changeover.
• Session chairs will keep time to ensure sessions run on schedule.

Virtual oral presentations

Information about the organization of the virtual presentation sessions (e.g., session format, joining links/platform, and Q&A procedure) will be provided closer to the conference dates.
